Compressed Air Filters
Compressed air in industrial applications results in more than 100 million polluting particles for every 1.0 Nm³ of compressed air.
Most of these particles are so small in dimension (less than 5 microns) they cannot be intercepted by the standard intake filters installed in a typical air compressor.
Compressed air will contain minute traces of oil aerosols and oil vapour which become entrained in the airstream. These oil particles can cause damage to system components as well as cause product spoilage. Fitting the appropriate compressed air filters to meet the quality needs of your system can remove these particles.
It is not only oil lubricated compressors that require filtering, "oil free" compressors still draw in oil and oil vapours from the environment.

Solid Contaminant Pre-filter - QF Series
Pre-filter suitable for the removal of solid particles down to 5 micron including liquids, emulsions and oil particles. The strong mechanical resistance makes this filter ideal for protection of the compressed air system. Ideal as a post-filter for adsorption air dryers.
- Grade: 5 micron
- Max working temperature: 100°C
- Pressure drop: Dry - 0.05 bar, Wet - 0.08 bar

Coalescing Pre-filter - PF Series
Interception type filter suitable for solid and oil particles up to 1 micron and 0.1 mg/m³. The filter operates by building up liquid particles into droplets which then drop out under gravity to the bottom of the filter and then drain away.
- Grade: 1 micron
- Residual oil content: 0.1 mg/m³ @ 20°C
- Max working temperature: 120°C
- Pressure drop: Dry - 0.1 bar, Wet - 0.16 bar

Coalescing Filter - HF Series
Removes solid and liquid particles down to 0.01 micron and 0.01 mg/m³. Similar structure to the PF series filters, the main difference being the degree of filtration. Air passing through this filter is essentially 99.99% oil free. This filter is ideal for operations that require instrument quality compressed air in their plant.
- Grade: 0.01 micron
- Residual oil content: 0.01 mg/m³ @ 20°C
- Working temperature: 120°C
- Pressure drop: Dry - 0.1 bar, Wet - 0.18 bar

Activated Carbon Filter - CF Series
Specifically designed for industrial uses in which the removal of oil vapours and odours to create oil free air is required. The activated carbon attracts oil vapours and odours through the absorption process.
- Grade: 0.01 micron
- Residual oil content: 0.0003mg/m³ @ 20°C
- Max working temperature: 60°C
- Pressure Drop: Dry - 0.08 bar, Wet - 0.12 bar
